I warmly invite you to join Tasha Walker & Stephen Allen on Tuesday 10th February at 7pm - 9pm, for an evening of healing and rejuvenation which will begin with 1 hour's blissful yin / restorative yoga, to help guide you to fully immerse in the high-vibrational sound therapy and Gong Bath in a peaceful environment, to include restorative yin yoga (all practiced laying down and so fabulous for those who may struggle with joint issues / standing postures) followed by a guided visualisation journey & crystal bowl sound alchemy with Tasha, concluding with a blissful gong bath with Stephen Allen. We will bathe in the sound of the gongs & crystal bowls to heal both mind, body and spirit. No water is involved
Focusing on rejuvenation, healing , Yin / restorative yoga is extremely relaxing and helps both the mind and the body to come into a state of bliss and peace. The high vibrations of the Gong Bath plus crystal and Tibetan bowls , along with healing energy infusion & guided meditation, aids to relieve stress and tension and assists in raising our vibration. The flow of healing energy heals while the sound therapy connects with DNA, rearranges damaged cells and promotes healing as it touches the mind, body and soul.
These sessions are open to all levels from beginners to those looking to deepen their practice.
Yin yoga is a slow, floor based, contemplative style of yoga where poses are held for 2- 3 minutes to de stress the deep connective tissues. Ideal for people who like to improve their mobility, increase flexibility and to calm the mind by promoting a meditation state of awareness and stillness through breathwork and meditation.
Yin yoga offers numerous benefits, including increased flexibility and range of motion, improved joint health, deep tissue release, enhanced athletic recovery, reduced stress and anxiety, promotion of mindfulness and stillness, better sleep, and balanced energy flow. Tasha, an energy healing therapist, brings angelic and healing rays through the sound bath, leaving participants deeply nourished and helping to clear any energetic blocks. This is complemented by the transformative Gong Bath with Stephen, creating an evening of bliss. The exchange is

some photos of the first session.
An incredibly calming experience for everyone present, which is likely to turn into a regular occurrence at the hall.
